You can easily submit a ticket for missing cash back, or any other issue you're having with your Dosh Account or the app right from the app!
To submit a ticket from your app, tap the three bars in the top left corner of the main screen in the app.
On the next screen, you'll select Support & Help.
On the Support & Help page, to enter a ticket, tap Help in the upper right corner.
This will take you to ticket entry, where you can select the type of ticket you want to enter. For missing cash back, choose one of the first two options, or if you have a different issue, scroll down to find the appropriate type of ticket.
If you can't find quite what you're looking for, don't worry - just choose Question or the closest option to your issue, and the Customer Service Agent will be happy to work with you!
If you're submitting a Missing Cash Back ticket and need to attach your receipt, at the bottom of the ticket entry, once you've filled in all the fields for your ticket, you'll see the Attachments option.
Tap the down arrow (circled) and you'll be prompted with the following options
If you've already taken a picture of your receipt, you can select Choose from Camera Roll, otherwise, you can choose Take a Photo, and take the picture.
Once you've completed, tap Submit, and a Customer Service Agent will be in touch with you shortly!
