You must have two forms of identification at the time of check-in. The reservation holder must present a either a valid photo ID, military ID or passport, as well as a debit or credit card. The debit or credit card is required for any additional hotel-specific service fees including incidental charges and a possible security deposit.
These charges may be mandatory (such as resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or bar charges) and are not included in the room rate shown on the Dosh app. The hotel will assess these fees, charges and surcharges upon check-out.
For most bookings, hotel check-in times begin at 2:00PM local time, and the latest check-out time on the date of departure is 12:00 PM local time. This may vary depending on accommodations. Please contact the hotel for any questions regarding check-in/check-out and for any special requests.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in to any party arriving with more than the maximum number of guests allowed for the specific room type.
Please note, your Dosh itinerary number will not be the same as your hotel reservation number. If the only confirmation number you have received with your booking is your Dosh itinerary number, please call or e-mail the Dosh Travel Team prior to check-in to make sure that you also have your hotel reservation number. This is the number you will need to provide upon check-in, in order for the hotel to locate your reservation.
