You may contact support by submitting a ticket through our helpdesk. To do this, you can click on the menu bar (three horizontal lines) in your app, click Support & Help, click the three horizontal lines next to Sign in, click Submit a request. Once you click Submit a request, you can choose a topic from the drop-down menu. Once you fill out the form, click submit, it will send us an email that we will reply to you from. We promise we will get to you as soon as possible! You can also submit a ticket here.
