You will only be able to add a transfer account if you’ve met all the requirements to withdraw funds, which are as follows:
- Verify your email
- Link a verified, eligible card
- Successfully make a cash back transaction at a participating Dosh merchant
- Reach the minimum $25 available to transfer wallet balance
You can add a transfer account by tapping the Wallet icon at the bottom of the main screen, then tapping Transfer. Here you can select which type of account you’d like to use to receive your cash back- your bank, PayPal or Venmo.
You can add a bank account by tapping Bank / ACH Account. This will open a secure connection, and then you’ll be prompted to select your bank. If you don’t see your bank in the list, you can use the search option at the top of the page.
Once you select your bank, you'll be prompted to enter your banking credentials. After you've entered your information, your bank account will be successfully linked.
If you're experiencing issues linking your bank account, please contact your bank to enable 2fa. You may be having issues accessing mobile banking if this feature is disabled, which will prevent you from linking your bank account to Dosh.
If you are running into issues finding your bank, you can select 'I'd rather use an account number' from the bottom of the screen, and connect your account that way. Be sure to carefully check the entered account number!
You can add a PayPal account by tapping PayPal. Once you select PayPal, you'll be prompted to enter your PayPal credentials. After you've entered your information, your PayPal account will be successfully linked!
*Please note: Do not use a PayPal.me domain email address because Dosh doesn’t support PayPal.me at this time. This will prevent your funds from being rejected by PayPal.
You can add a bank account by tapping Venmo and following the prompts. Remember, for security purposes, you can only add a Venmo account with a phone number that matches the phone number on your Dosh account. Please make sure that your phone number is updated before making your transfer!
PLEASE NOTE: If you have linked a Venmo account and then subsequently changed mobile numbers in Dosh, this does not update the linked Venmo account. If a phone number change is made, you will need to verify that the phone number associated with your Venmo account is correct. If it is linked to your new number, you will need to disconnect and re-connect the account prior to making any transfers in Dosh.
After you select to connect your Venmo account, you’ll receive a notification in the Dosh app confirming that your “Venmo account has been successfully connected.”
