If you received the cash back notification after making a purchase, it means your transaction was successfully registered with Dosh. This cash back is in a "pending" state until your transaction has been cleared by your credit card processor, and they have given us an update on the cleared status. Once your credit card processor has updated us that your transaction has cleared, we issue the cash back into your Dosh wallet. It may take up to thirty days for cash back to be issued into your wallet. When you have successfully received cash back and it is no longer in a "pending" state, you will be able to withdraw your funds into a bank or PayPal account.
If you attempt to withdraw your funds after making a transaction, and you receive a message stating that you must redeem a "cash back transaction" first it means that your cash back is still in a pending state or your transaction did not register with Dosh. You can check if your cash back is pending by clicking on the Wallet tab in the app. You may also check if your transaction registered with Dosh by clicking on the Activity tab. If your purchase is not listed there, please submit a ticket to our Dosh Support team.
