There could be a couple of reasons why cash back was not received for an Online Offer. The most common are as follows:
- Your online purchase was paid with a card that was not linked to your account at the time of purchase.
- If you use your PayPal account to purchase an online order, our system will not register the purchase. Please make sure to pay directly with a card that is linked to your Dosh account.
- There was a change with your online order. If your online order was returned, the cash back will not be granted.
- Your credit card processor did not clear the transaction, which invalidated any cash back.
Cash back for online transactions may take up to thirty days to clear by your credit card processor. It will be in a "pending" state, until the transaction has been cleared and we have been given an update from your card network. Please allow this timeframe to pass to ensure you receive your cash back. If it's exceeded the 30 days, and you have not received your cash back, please submit a ticket to Dosh Support. We'll try our best to get you your cash back!
Shop through the Online Offers tab of the app. Valid online offers, their specific discounts, and any restrictions will be displayed in the Online Offer. Unlike other cash back sites, you do not have to make an online purchase through a link. You only have to make sure we offer that store as an Online Offer and use a card that's connected to your account. It's as simple as that!
