We care about giving you all the cash back you deserve! To make sure we do this with the highest level of accuracy, all cash back deposits and withdrawals will go through a brief “pending” process in our system.
Immediately after making a qualifying purchase with a linked card, you will receive a push notification showing that our system picked up your credit card transaction.
The cash back amount you have earned will be in a "pending" state in our system until the transaction has been officially cleared on our end. Although your transaction may have already cleared with your bank or credit card, the updates we receive are an entirely separate process. Once our system has received the necessary update from your credit card processor, you will receive your cash back. When this happens, you will no longer see "pending" in green underneath your cash back amount.
Please allow up to 30 days for any in-store purchases and up to 90 days for any mobile / online purchases to clear in our system and move from "Pending" into "Available to Withdraw".
Please Note: in some cases, the notification of your transaction may come a bit later, depending on the participating merchant, and the volume of transactions the credit card processors are experiencing.
