There could be a couple of reasons why cash back was not received for an Online Offer. The most common are as follows:
- Our online offers work differently. After you purchase through our Dosh link, your cash back will appear in your Dosh wallet in about 60 - 90 days. This is when the merchant/business indicates that the transaction is eligible for payout. This is at their discretion, and many opt to withhold that eligibility until their standard “return period” elapses following the transaction date. Your cash back amount is based on your subtotal before shipping and taxes.
- While shopping, you may have inadvertently jumped out of the link to view something else and didn't quite make it back to the Dosh link. Please try our online offers again and ensure you stay within the app link. You'll be able to tell you're with Dosh because the screen frame is in purple, ensure you make your purchase within the purple frame.
