Forgot your password? No problem. Open your app and click on the forgot password button, which will prompt you to enter your phone number. After entering your phone number, you will receive a verification code via SMS text. After receiving the verification code, you will be able to enter it and log back into your account.
Please make sure you are entering the correct phone number, otherwise, you may not receive the verification code. If you have changed your phone number recently, you must first submit a ticket with us to change your phone number on your account.
If you do not receive the verification code and have entered the correct phone number, please contact your phone provider. They may be blocking our short SMS codes to your phone, and you will not be able to receive them until they unblock them.
Remember that your new password must meet the following password criteria:
- Minimum of 8 characters
- 1 uppercase (A,B,C,D,)
- 1 lowercase (a,b,c,d,)
- 1 number (0–9)
