Transferring the cash back you have earned from your Dosh wallet is easy! However, you will only be able to add a transfer account and transfer funds if you’ve met all the requirements to withdraw. The requirements are as follows:
- Verify your email
- Link a verified, eligible card
- Successfully make a cash back transaction at a participating Dosh merchant.
- Reach the minimum $15 available to transfer wallet balance
Once you’re ready to transfer, tap the Wallet icon at the bottom of the main screen.
Once you are in your wallet, tap the Transfer button.
Next select which type of account you’d like to use to receive your cash back - your bank, PayPal or Venmo.
If you haven't added a transfer account, you can do so at this time.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have linked a Venmo account and then subsequently changed mobile numbers in Dosh, this does not update the linked Venmo account. If a phone number change is made, you will need to verify that the phone number associated with your Venmo account is correct. If it is linked to your new number, you will need to disconnect and reconnect the account prior to making any transfers in Dosh.
Next you’ll be prompted to enter an amount. You can enter in any amount up to your "Available to Transfer" amount by using the number pad.
Please note, you must have a minimum of $15 available in your funds under "Available to Transfer" or else you will receive an error message.
If you receive this message but you do have at least $15 in your "Available to Transfer" funds please reach out to our Support Team and we'll be happy to help!
Once you’ve entered the amount you would like to transfer, tap the Next Button, which will take you to a screen to review your transfer details. If everything is correct, tap the Transfer button. You should then see a confirmation screen similar to the one below indicating your transfer is in process. Note: transfer time varies depending on the method.
