If you are still logged into your Dosh App, you can now update your phone number via the app! To do this, please follow the steps below.
Tap the three bars on the top left of the main screen.
Next, Select Profile & My Information
Tap Edit Info in the top right corner of the screen.
At the bottom of the screen, you'll see a button labeled Update Phone Number.
Tapping the Update Phone Number button will bring you to a screen where you can enter your new mobile number. Note: Dosh only supports valid U.S. mobile phone numbers. VOIP numbers are not currently supported.
Once you've entered your number, you'll be sent an SMS code to that new number to verify it, and you'll be prompted on the app to enter that SMS code.
Once you've verified the number with the SMS code, you'll see a message that the number has been updated.
If you've logged out of the app, or changed mobile devices, you may not be able to use the self service option. In that case, to change your phone number, Dosh Support will need to do this for you.
Please do not attempt to create a new Dosh account. This will only delay the process, and we want to get this resolved as quickly as possible for you.
We will need to process a phone number change for you in order to migrate your linked cards and your existing Dosh wallet, that way you do not lose any Dosh cashback rewards you have earned.
Dosh only supports valid U.S. mobile phone numbers. VOIP numbers are not currently supported. To initiate your mobile number change you need to submit a support ticket here.
