You can connect your eligible debit cards to your Dosh app, but this may result in a missing cashback instance.
When your enrolled debit card is used, the qualifying transaction goes directly to your bank and not the credit card companies that we’re linked with (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Cash back is provided automatically through the qualifying transaction records from the credit card processors.
We recommend that in order to get cash back when you redeem a Dosh offer you will need to swipe your enrolled debit card as a credit card (do not use your PIN #), otherwise, you will not receive any Dosh cash back automatically. If you input a pin the transaction goes directly to your bank, so we will not be able to see it. Always remember to swipe your debit card as a credit card, so we can identify your transaction to give your cash back after your qualifying purchase.
When your Dosh offer purchase results in missing cashback contact Dosh Support and provide them with a copy of your receipt. We'll take care of you!
