If you received the cash back notification after making a qualifying purchase, it means your transaction was successfully registered with Dosh. This cash back is in a "pending" state until your qualifying transaction has been cleared by your credit card processor, and they have given us an update on the status.
Once your credit card processor has updated us that your qualifying transaction has cleared, we will issue the cash back to your Dosh wallet. While most transactions are cleared within 7 days, it can take up to 90 days for online merchants. When you have successfully received cash back and it is no longer in a "pending" state, you will be able to withdraw your funds into a bank, Venmo or PayPal account.
If you attempt to withdraw your funds after making a qualifying transaction, and you receive a message stating that you must redeem a "cash back transaction" first, it means that your cash back is still in a pending state or your qualifying transaction did not register with Dosh. You can check if your cash back is pending by clicking on the Wallet tab in the app. You may also check if your transaction registered with Dosh by clicking the Activity tab. If your purchase is not listed here, please submit a ticket to our Dosh Support team.
